Who We Are
A fourth-generation member of the Disney family, Max brings deep, lived experience navigation the complexities of ultra-high-net-worth family dynamics. Through his involvement with Shamrock Holdings, the Disney family office, and his leadership as Board Chair of the Roy and Patricia Disney Family Foundation, Max plays an active role in managing operational transitions and fostering generational alignment.
Max’s entrepreneurial background spans edtech, virtual reality, and marketplace platforms, with a focus on innovation, impact and scaling mission driven ventures.

Anton Szpitalak
A second-generation wealth builder, Anton played a founding role in building a multi-family office from the ground up into a global platform. He has facilitated complex wealth transfer planning across three generations and multiple continents. Anton has twice served as a Board Director of the Young Investors Organization, the world’s largest global community of next-generation wealth holders, giving him unique insight into the issues facing inheritors.
His professional career has been focused on sustainability and impact investing, with roles in spans private equity, clean technology, and entrepreneurial ventures across five continents. Amongst his more established ventures, Anton has recently founded a micro-utility clean water infrastructure platform to serve developing regions.
